How advertising may support WageWise Canada without influencing formulas, sources or editorial conclusions.
How the site may be funded
WageWise Canada may earn revenue from clearly labelled display advertising, sponsored placements or future commercial products. The current theme includes reserved advertising placements, but an empty placement displays nothing until a provider is deliberately configured.
Separation from calculator controls
Advertisements are labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored Links” and are visually separated from navigation, form fields, Calculate and Reset buttons, validation messages and results. Advertising should not imitate WageWise cards or official government content.
Editorial independence
Advertisers do not approve calculator results, source selection, corrections or editorial conclusions. Payment does not create an endorsement and does not change the formula applied to a user’s inputs.
Personalized advertising and consent
If personalized or cookie-based advertising is introduced, WageWise Canada will implement the required consent controls and update its Privacy and Cookie policies before activation.
